Darlee Santa Anita 3 Piece Sectional w/Sunbrella Fabric
This year Curved sectionals are all the rage! We chose 2 sectionals for this house. 1 3 piece and 1 2 piece in a light rib fabric ( Why so light? This is West Texas!) The neutral fabric can allow this customer to change the color of Throw Pillows for the season. This yard does have a swimming pool so the customer is going to enjoy this back patio year round!

A favorite of Out on the Patio OW Lee Monterra Group! Again this cuddle has a slight curve making the whole group more inviting.
Can you believe this customer has had this set with the cushions for over 4 years. The designer of this home could believe the condition of the cushions and furniture. It pays to use quality materials and they will give you years worth of enjoyment.
Something new this year-back rooms that can be closed or opened up to the outdoors. This group -Patio Renaissance Rivierra looks great!
